Sorry for the lack of posts lately, but I have been extremely busy the past month!
I have decided to go back to college and boy I did not realize all the hoops I would have to jump through in order to get registered!
Between getting my admissions application submitted, my pell grant in place, deciding on a major, meeting with my advisor, taking all my placement tests and registering. WOW! I do not remember going through all this last time I went to college.
NowI am down to 1 last test, which I will be taking on Monday, and then I am home free until August 17th FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL!
So with my new decision to go to school, I have had to also implement child care arrangements. And that has been worse than getting myself into college! My mother-in-law has agreed to watch my little man and just by luck, I got Alexis into a great program at a local Bible School. She will be in actual classes for the first few hours of the day learning from the Beka Curriculum.
Then, last but not least, my oldest and I finally started seeing a weigh loss doctor. We are on a strick eating and exercise plan, but it is working! We both lost over 10 pounds the first week!
Once again, I am sorry for the slump, but lots of things are going on around here and to be honest, it has just been tooo dang nice outside to stay in on the computer!
